AM-641 (Primid System)

AM-641 is a β-hydroxyalkylamide curing agent for pure polyester powder coatings, with performance identical to that of the internationally renowned brand Primid XL-552. Compared with TGIC, the key features of AM-641 are its environmental friendliness and low toxicity, thus no toxic label is required. In addition, it has the advantages of low dosage, competitive price, low curing temperature, stable properties and excellent storage performance, making it widely recognized as one of the most promising alternatives to TGIC at present.

【Recommended Application Method】

uFor polyesters with an acid value of 33mgKOH/g, the dosage ratio of polyester to AM-641 is 95:5.

uThe recommended extrusion temperature is between 118～120℃.

uRecommended curing conditions: 180℃/12min or 200℃/8min.

【Packaging, Storage and Safety Notes】

uThis product is hermetically packed in polyethylene plastic bags with an outer bag, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. 

uProtect from rain and moisture during storage and transportation, and keep away from open fire and heat sources. 

uReseal the package immediately if the product is not used up at one time to prevent moisture absorption of the remaining product. 

uThis product is non-corrosive, low-toxic, not classified as a dangerous good, and harmless to the environment.
