BE-552(Primid System)

BE-552 is a β-hydroxyalkylamide curing agent for pure polyester powder coatings, with performance identical to that of the internationally renowned brand Primid XL-552. Compared with TGIC, the main features of BE-552 are its environmental friendliness and low toxicity, thus no toxic label is required. In addition, it has the advantages of low dosage, low price, low curing temperature, stable properties and good storage performance, making it widely recognized as one of the most promising alternatives to TGIC at present. BE-552 also boasts many other merits such as high purity, no caking and dust-free characteristics.

【Recommended Application Method】 

uFor polyesters with an acid value of 33mgKOH/g, the dosage ratio of polyester to BE-552 is 95:5.

uRecommended Curing Conditions: 180℃/12min or 200℃/8min.

uThis product is packed in PE bags with a net weight of 25kg per bag.

uProtect from rain and moisture during storage and transportation, and keep away from open fire and heat sources.

uReseal the package immediately if the product is not used up at one time to prevent moisture absorption of the remaining product.
